The role

The aim for this role is to help improve and develop our web portfolios UX and conversion rates. This will include creating both the UX and Conversion strategy & leading improvements in both areas, via collaboration with the design, development and SEO/SEM teams. The successful candidate will monitor and analyze current portfolio performance, translating the observations into deliverables and improvements of the UX / Conversion.
 
As one of the biggest and quickest growing affiliates brands in the industry we are looking for a person that will continuously develop our UX and conversion strategy, looking for all possible gains across on our already strong brand platform.

Responsibilities 

• Revising, auditing and sharpening the UX and conversion performance across the various platforms that we have today.
• Creating detailed reports with clear recommendations to both management and other stakeholders enabling improved business decisions.
• Setting up and managing A/B testing programs.
• Recommendations on both copy and technological improvements.
• Working closely with the SEM, SEO and Business Intel and Account Management team to optimize partner performance.

 Requirements 

• 2-5 years of experience directly working with improvement of UX and Conversion.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Experience with Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik, Tableau, Qlik Products.
• High level in spoken and written English language.
• Preferably fluent in one Scandinavian Language (however not essential).
• Very strong commercial drive and hands-on approach.
• Background in performance marketing preferential.
• Experience with publishing tools, such as WordPress.
• Excellent team skills.
• Experience within iGaming considered a plus.
• Passion and high knowledge of iGaming is considered a plus.
