What you'll be doing
We need to strengthen our team on the marketing side for SuperLenny.com! We’re looking for a detailed and driven someone to help us plan, coordinate and send out our marketing campaigns along with dealing with the day-to-day CRM of our Casino.
We are currently looking for Casino Coordinator who is ready to make a serious contribution into our Casino experience and join a creative team of happy people.
In this position, you will be the main cog in the wheel in relation to our marketing and communication execution. The person will be responsible for our retention and life-cycle campaigns as well as many other internal and external marketing campaigns, big and small.
A large part of the job is to collect information from all stakeholders and ensure that all communication is spot on throughout the customer journey. You will also be monitoring the results and making analysis based on the data to improve campaigns in the future. You will also execute and support our strategy from a delivery point of view, but it is very important that from time to time you come up with your own suggestions for continuous improvement purpose
Who you are
It is crucial that you understand how players think and what makes them tick. You should be experienced or at least have some knowledge in the business in general and comfortable and confident in assisting to drive revenue forward. Ideally, you should be a hands-on doer that has some working experience in casinos. You should also be keen to work and learn more to handle KPIs such as ARPU, retention, conversion - CRM and game performance. Finally, you are motivated to develop our player centric activities such as automated marketing, acquisition and retention campaigns.
This is a broad role where we will be needing a rockstar who can get what needs to be done within the team sorted. CRM will be a large part of this.
One of our core focus areas is design. You will be working closely with the design team to ensure both high quality and target group adaption.
We are looking for a person with a heart deeply set into the world of casino. You need to live it and love it.
Time & Independence
We are looking for someone who is fully capable and used to managing their own time and work independently in their role.
Being native Norwegian or German is considered as a big plus
