The role 

A newly created position, SuperLenny's Acquisition Manager will be the pivotal point of contact between the awesome efforts of the marketing department and the brand team key stakeholders, ensuring consistency and optimisation of marketing initiatives through to player’s enrollment into retention marketing. This is an exciting and challenging role for the right person to sink their teeth into with plenty of opportunity to test and optimise creative initiatives to help take an already established, unique brand to the next level of global popularity.

What you'll be doing 

Key areas of responsibility:

- New customer intake;
responsibility for intake of new customer KPIs; identifying opportunities to optimise markets and channels. Evaluating and optimising player onboarding and conversion flows. Working with product managers and central CRM to test and optimise conversion and extend player’s lifecycle from NDC to segmented player.

- Affiliates;
Managing affiliate team relationship and provide support for key affiliate accounts. Evaluating optimising and supporting affiliate traffic and promotions.

- Marketing optimisation; key point of contact for ensuring synchronisation between external marketing campaigns and onsite user experience.
Report on marketing campaign activity and provide suggestions on improvement for future campaigns. Manage brand merchandise orders and online promotion. Provide executive support for brand specific online and offline marketing campaigns.

- Community and social media engagement; including strategy and content creation and publication.

- Country localisation; manage country manager team relationship and ensure content on site is localised and promotes relevant, targeted offers per market.
