In this position as a CRM Coordinator you’ll have opportunity to sharpen your CRM skills and be a part of a seasoned fast growing team. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
 
To get to brass tacks and give you a realistic picture of the job, you will take a significant part in CRM
 in the upcoming tools integrations. You’ll provide insights and help in developing best CRM practices for a wide spectrum of channels for our brands. 
 
Responsibilities include:
 
  • Leverage data to understand our products in depth, helping in identifying areas of opportunity, and executing projects to drive growth and engagement of website users
  • Drive certain projects focusing on new user growth, mobile usage, and revenue - working closely with Brand teams, VIP Management and also Marketing teams.
  • Support Brand and VIP teams in analysis, reporting and campaigns execution
 
WHO YOU ARE
 
Your Background
Ideally you have some years of experience in a similar role and possibly bring new practices and insights on the table. 
 
Customer Relationships
We really need a person who has the willingness take full ownership to anticipate, recognize and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
 
Influencing People
It is important that you can come across with great communications skills to listen and gain win-win agreements to our plans and proposals. 
 
Awareness of the business
Preferably, you should be service oriented and understand how our business works and understand organizational systems. This includes the capacity to detect crucial social networks and understand changing dynamics and power relationships.
 
What have you been doing
 
We do hope you know your way around digital numbers already. This means that you are familiar with techniques and tools used in the field. We use Smartfocus as our CRM tool, any experience with those or any similar tools is a big plus. We value experience – but we also value dedication, passion and creativity.
